Colonial Pacific Financial is proud to introduce its new hard money program for 2008 for both commercial and residential properties. LTV is up to 65% and there are no FICO requirements. The loan amount must be a minimum of $350k and lender points can range from 2-4 points depending on the property. Interest rate is determined on a case-by-case basis but is generally around 11-14%.
